Joseph was born on June 22nd 1952 in Point Pleasant, New Jersey to Joseph and Anna Brown. He married his soulmate on Christmas Day 1985, a day he made sure to steal from his brother, Harold. Joseph was the most loyal husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend. He enjoyed dazzling people with his cooking, socializing, hunting, fishing, playing softball, and cheering on the Eagles and Phillies.
Joseph was loved immensely by all of his family and is survived by his children: Paul Parker III of San Diego, CA, Joseph Brown of Philadelphia, PA, Stephanie Kocur of Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren Christina (Ryan) Emerson, Walter Rozsi, Devin Parker, Angelina Morales, Paul Parker IV, Danial James Penrod, Matthew Parker, Kyle Penrod, and three great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on October 15th at 12 noon at a private location. Flowers and memorials are much appreciated and can be sent Friday by noon Oct. 14th to Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services located at 11211 Michigan Ave. Youngtown, AZ 85263."
