Margaret Ann Lester of Glendale passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019. Margaret was born November 6, 1937 in Boston Massachusetts to the parents of William and Margaret MacCallum. She moved to Arizona in 1943 where she later met her husband Jerry Lester. Margaret worked for 25 years as a Sales Service Manager at Southwest Forrest Industries and another 10 years at Packaging Corporation of America (PCA). After her retirement she loved to volunteer at Phoenix Union High School Alumni Office and as an Usher at the Epworth United Methodist Church.
Margaret is predeceased by her spouse Jerry, parents, and by her brothers Bob and Bill. She is survived by her three children, Diana McCullough, Linda Phillips and Jerry Lester. Margaret is also survived by her sisters, Joyce Rogers, Dotty Bergmann, Jean McCarty along with 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Services are to be held at 11am on Friday, February 22, 2019 at the Palm Valley Church. 431 N Litchfield Rd Goodyear, AZ 85338
