Seven Great Grandchildren: Michael Cobern, Ashley Cobern, Arya Stynchula, Sawyer Stevenson, Nick Urban, Emma Urban, and Hunter Urban.
In her 100 years, she was blessed with four beautiful children, a loving husband, and a large close-knit family. Over the years, she faced no shortage of hardships. Through it all, Myrtle lived her life with joy, love, and purpose. She rarely made mention of the hardships she endured because her struggles were not where she chose to direct her time and attention. The focus of her life was the people she loved, the relationships she built, and gratitude for the blessings she had received over the years. She loved to sing and play music with her friends. She was a brilliant tactician, always finding a way to win when she played games. This mind no doubt served her well when giving sage advice, or navigating her own challenges. She taught us about true grit. She taught us about gratitude and positivity in the face of adversity. We will all miss her, but her teachings will live on in her loving daughter, six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
