

Cliff was born in Englewood, NJ, on October 21, 1948 and grew up in Fort Lee, NJ. He graduated from Pace University in New York with a BBA and was employed by Ethan Allen Furniture, Inc. of Danbury, CT from 1973 until his retirement in 2009. Over the years Ethan Allen moved Cliff and his family to NY, Covina, CA back to Danbury CT, and finally back to CA where they settled in Redlands and resided for 29 years. During this time he was the Western U.S. distribution manager for Ethan Allen and ran their warehouse in Chino.
Cliff was outgoing, witty, generous, loving, and always the life of the party. His interests were golf, his beloved NY Yankees and his family, which was most important to him and the source of his greatest happiness. He is predeceased by his parents and his brother Richard, late of Yucaipa. Cliff is survived by Diane, his wife of 53 years, sons Timothy (Jennifer) and Michael, and granddaughters Morgan and Kaitlyn, as well as his sisters Joan (Charles) Riggs and Janel (Allard) Laban and nieces and nephews, including Richard’s daughter, Kirsta.
There will be a private inurnment at Hillside Memorial Park in September. Donations in Cliff’s name may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation, The Michael J. Fox Foundation, or the Parkinson Voice Project.
