Richard was born to Michael and Katherine Pechinko in West Virginia on October 26, 1936, he moved to California in 1960.
Richard served in the US Army and was an honored member of the VFW.
He married his wife Mary (Kammerer) in 1964, and they had 3 children. Richard Jr, James and their daughter Connie (Gonzalez).
There were 4 grandchildren that blessed his life- Patrick Pechinko, Wyatt & Clayton Gonzalez and Dylan Pechinko.
Richard worked at Kaiser Steel in Fontana as a maintenance mechanic.
He was very proud to be a member of the Fontana Salavene Button Box Accordion Club.
He enjoyed playing music, fishing and camping.
His family will miss him dearly.
