Thomas Richard Riley

Thomas Richard Riley was born in Chicago in 1941. He lived with his wife Joan Riley in Yucaipa for almost 50 years. He is survived by his wife Joan Riley and his three children Scott Riley, Lacey Riley, and Jamie Howder. He has one granddaughter Layla Peters. He has two incredible son in laws Daniel Peters, and Mark Howder. Tom was very well known in Yucaipa and was a regular at the Yucaipa Starbucks where you would see him with his friends every morning for morning coffee. His most recent career was at Moist Realtors Inc. as a Real Estate Agent. Tom had a passion for gardening, flowers, and was the owner and winemaker of Pretty Feet Winery. Tom's son in law Mark Howder works as an Engineer for San Bernardino County Fire Department and had a passion for helping those in need. Tom was a volunteer Fire Watch Observer at Morton Peak Fire Tower at U.S. Forest Service. He truly loved hiking the hills and being the lookout for forest fires. Tom was also a Former Realtor Associate at Prudential California Realty after he retired as a Former Manager at GTE/Verizon. Right after High School, Tom served as a Flight Engineer in the USAF. He was a proud veteran and so proud to serve his country. This is how he met his wife Joan at Norton Air Force Base. He attended California State University, San Bernardino and obtained his bachelors in Business Administration. Tom, also went to Lindblom Math and Science Academy to further his education. He will be missed by all and his soul and laughter never forgotten. God Rest Your Soul Tom.
