Angel Santana (1936-2010)Angel Santana, 73, passed away at home in Yuma on Saturday, January 23, 2010. He was born December 4, 1936 in Jalisco, Mexico.Angel had 50 years of experience as a Goldsmith. Before retiring in 2001 he was contracted with; Garlands, Best, JcPenney, Paul Bensel, Ideal Jewelers, LaBelles, Watch Hospital, as well as private customers. He had a Associates Degree from Arizona Western College. Angel enjoyed reading, billiards and music.Angel is survived by his wife, Josefina Santana; sons, Josué Santana of Glendale, CA, and Joel Santana; and his daughter, Naomi S. Pullen.Angel was preceded in death by his son, Samuel Santana.A wake will be held at Funeraria del Angel on Sunday, January 31, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. to Midnight. Rosary will begin at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Church on Monday, February 1, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Park.Pallbearers will be Joel Santana, Josué Santana, Marco Navarro, and Juan Pullen.
