My dear friend it's so hard to believe that you are no longer here. I remember all the good times we had when we were younger. You are truly missed forever and loved. I wish all the times I was in Yuma I should have visited you 
 I remember your mom and dad always accepted me as I was their own. I remember the pool parties at your house when we was teenagers.  May you rest in paradise with mom and dad and all of your loved ones . I will always remember you forever my dear friend .

I will miss my long conversations with Annette. We would talk and laugh about our quirky family and their common behaviors,  like not seeing doctors regularly, being super thrifty and trusting no one. We would call it a "Leal"thing. We talked about life, we spoke of God and the future.  Annette had such a great sense of humor. I will miss her laughter. She was always hopeful. She expected good things to happen even when circumstances looked otherwise.  She extended her hand to the needy and withheld no good thing from someone who needed it.  My beautiful cousin Annette, I will see you in paradise.  😘 Gloria
