Hilda D. Flores, was born in Yuma, AZ, to Alfonso and Virginia Gill on January 12, 1953. Hilda departed this world at the age of 71 to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on September 16, 2024, as she was surrounded with her husband, children and sister by her side.
She is survived by her husband, Jose “Pancho” Flores of Yuma, AZ; children Catherine “Chita” (Mike) Castillo of Winnemucca, NV; Rochelle Marie (Arnold) Torres of El Cajon, CA; Christine (Josue) Flores-Martinez of Oceanside, CA; Anthony Michael (Svetlana) Flores of Yuma, AZ; grandchildren, Virginia Lynn (Andy) Allred, Diamond Castillo, Arnold Torres IV, Adrian Torres, Alani Torres, Roberto Gomez III, Eliza Josefina Martinez, Michael Josue Martinez, Rafael Junior Perez, Daniel Elijah Perez, Epifanio Joshua Arce, Audrina Sky Flores; and one great-grandchild, Darrel Michael Allred, siblings; Richard Delcid Gill Sr. of Yuma, AZ; Rachel Gill (Ramon) Valdez of Tucson, AZ; Alfonso (Lenor) Gill Jr. of Yuma, AZ and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding Hilda in death are her parents, Alfonso and Virginia Gill and son, Michael James Flores.
The viewing and rosary will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00pm at Johnson Mortuary in Yuma, AZ. Mass will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Yuma, AZ. Interment will follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Yuma, AZ.
A Celebration of Life will follow after services at the DAV located at 954 S. 13th Ave. Yuma, AZ
