Jose Armas, age 89, of Yuma, Arizona passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021. Jose was born November 19, 1931 in Mexico. Jose was a Field Supervisor in the citrus industry for many years, having worked for the Spencer & Spencer company.
Jose is survived by his nine sons and daughters: Manuel Armas of Somerton, Lupe Armas of Yuma, Pablo Armas of Yuma, Emma Nelson of Yuma, John Armas of Yuma, Maria Armas of Yuma, Roque Armas of Yuma, Gustavo Armas of Yuma, and, Javier Armas of Peoria, AZ. He has 20 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
A visitation for Jose will be held at Johnson Mortuary on Monday, 12 July, from 5:00 o'clock PM to 8:00 o'clock PM, with a Rosary service at 7:00 o'clock PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. John Neumann Catholic Church on Tuesday, 13 July at 10:30 o'clock AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. John Neumann Church.
