Nellie "Trudy" Shook, 91, of Yuma, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2013, in Yuma, Arizona
Born February 5, 1922, in Fort Smith, Ark., she was a waitress. "Trudy" is survived by her son, Donald R. Shook or Imperial, California, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents.
No services are planned. Johnson Mortuary is handling arrangements, including cremation.
