Norma Jane Stuart passed away on July 27, 2024. She was a strong, independent, God-fearing woman who took pride in her family name. Norma, and her husband Willard, made a nurturing impact in Riverside County CA in the 70’s as they were foster parents to many children for nearly a decade.
Although, her husband and children preceded her in death, she is survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Norma was a great listener, always look for a solution to any problem. She never shied away from offering advice. She was creative and innovative and always found a way to make any situation beautiful.
She had a curious mind yet stayed true to her beliefs. She felt her emotions intensely and she was on an endless search to put words to them.
Norma was intuitive, ambitious, and determined. This served her well in her careers, as a wife, in motherhood, and as a grandmother.
We will cherish all of our memories of you, Grandma!
