

He attended Fourth Avenue Junior High School and joined the United States Navy at the age of 14, honorably serving 30 years after which he also retired from Yuma School District One having spent most of those years at C.W. McGraw Elementary School. A Life time 4th Degree Honorary Member and past Grand Knight of The Knights of Columbus Council 1806, 32nd Degree Mason, Arizona Cactus Pine Girl Scout Council, American Legion Post 19, and Guadalupano.
He is survived by his wife, Antonia, of the home; daughter Maria, (Steve), and their two children Amanda and Anthony of North Carolina; daughter Jacqueline (Joe) and her children Cristian and Tiffany of Yuma and Christina and son Alex of Phoenix, Arizona; sister Anatalia Martinez of Yuma and Step Brother and Sister Joe Sanchez and Helen Ochoa of Yuma;
He was preceded in death by parents, Tomas and Dolores (Venegas) Arriola, sister Hortencia Lopez, Step brother Bobby Sanchez, Half Sister Mary Lou Coffey
Viewing from "1800 to 2000" (6:00 - 8:00 for you civilians) with Rosary from 7:00 to 8:00 will be held at Johnson Mortuary, 1415 S First Avenue Thursday 6 December 2012. Mass will be on Friday, 7 December 2012 at 1030 at Immaculate Conception Church. Procession immediately following for interment at Desert Lawn Memorial Park.
