Roy Jerald Chapman

Roy J. Chapman of El Paso, TX passed away on September 8, 2021. Roy was born on December 5, 1939 in Sandpoint Idaho to Sherman and Gladys (Mc Lean) Chapman. Roy served our country in the United States Air Force. He was an incredible horse trainer and was well known in the horse business. He is a retired ATC (Air Traffic Controller). Roy is preceded in death by his wife Charlene (Potts) Chapman, grandson Jerad Chapman, parents Sherman and Gladys (Mc Lean) Chapman, brothers Dan, Vere, Darrell (Mac) Warren and sisters Virginia and Jane. He is survived by daughter Tammy Gustafson of Wilson, TX and son Todd Chapman of El Paso, TX, 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild.
