With great sadness, we announce the passing of Linda Ada Gordon-Zimmer, 64, of Regina, SK on Sunday, June 7, 2020. Linda was born on Gordon’s First Nation, SK on March 11, 1956. She was predeceased by her grandparents Harvey and Ada Bitternose and David and Agnes Gordon; parents Sarah Gordon and Gordon Bitternose; sister Eileen Blaser; brother Gabe and her beloved son Shawn Morin.
Linda is survived by her daughters Shauntay (Pat) Scott, Charmaine Gordon (Gerald), and Tracy Gordon; uncle Stewert Bitternose (Marie); brothers Jerry Nelson (Jacquie), Terry Nameth (Linda), and Thomas Bitternose (Veronica); sisters Ivy Kennedy, Wendy Zacher, Claudia Bitternose, Virginia Bitternose, Norma Key, and adopted sister Janice Krueger; treasured granddaughter Brittney Morin; special friends Charles Morin and Roy Zimmer, and numerous nephews and nieces who have loved and carried her in their hearts. Linda loved to fish, go to the lake, watch movies, listen to music, and especially loved to joke with everyone. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, a come-and-go Wake will be held at Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Avenue in Regina, SK, on Wednesday June 10, 2020 at 7:00 until 9:00 pm. A Funeral Service for immediate family will be held at Lee Funeral Home on Thursday, June 11, 2020, followed by the interment at Gordon First Nation.
