He was second of seven children. He was blessed with one brother and five sisters. He is survived by his devoted loving wife Lilian Pinto whom he met in Goa in the same province of Camarines Sur as well as his two sons Ronald and Ronnie, sisters, nephews, nieces, grandchildren and other relatives. He immigrated to the United States in the 1970s. He worked in various different capacities. He worked very hard in order to support his family. He has since called the United States home. He loved this country very much. He is loved by his family as well as many friends who respected and adored him. Wherever he goes he is admired and respected. He is selfless and generous. He is always thinking about others and how he can help. His loss is a huge impact to his entire family and friends and to the Filipino community in Washington County. His wife Lilian, has proven that true love exists and it is with Regulo, the man that she will always love even beyond death. Their love will last forever and infinite lifetimes.
