Penny Sue Saylor, age 56, of Carlisle, Ohio, went to be with the Lord, Saturday February 20, 2016. She was born in Middletown, Ohio on October 6, 1959 to Robert and Mary (Wilson) Nickel. She was employed with the Society for Handicap Citizens for 8 years and was a faithful Christian. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Nickel, mother, Mary C. (Nickel) Blistan. Penny is survived by her husband of 39 years, Mark Saylor, son, Jeremy (Andrea) Saylor; daughter, Jillian Saylor; and grandson, Tanner Shope. Funeral services are 6pm Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH with Pastor Don Clarkson officiating.
