Gaston Memorial Park

Signage at Carothers Funeral Home at Gaston Memorial ParkCarothers Funeral Home sits on the grounds of Gaston Memorial Park, a cemetery and mausoleum at 1200 South New Hope Road, where beautiful lives remain beautiful. In addition to traditional ground burials, lawn crypts and garden mausoleums, our cemetery houses chapel mausoleums and cremation niches.

As you arrive, the main cemetery entrance is easily recognized by our sparkling pool and fountain. Flowering shrubs surround our picturesque lake, home to a variety of ducks. We also offer a veterans memorial wall with flags and the names of veterans, police, fire and rescue personnel, which is centered in the Garden of Honor. It is our hope that these beautiful and meaningful features accentuate the park and provide comfort to visitors.

Flower Policy

Beautiful arrangement hand-placed by Cemetery FlowersEffective 2020 Gaston Memorial Park will no longer perform a semi-annual cleanup or removal of any flowers. The family will be responsible to remove or replace flowers on their own graves with the exception of our floral program.

Gaston Memorial Park will clean up any flowers that have blown off a grave or are in the roadway or grassy areas.
