Brian James Hislop Morse, 63, of Abbotsford, BC, Canada, passed away on April 4th at 2:15 a.m. following a sudden and unexpected recurrence of cancer. His passing has left his family and loved ones in shock, as everything happened far too quickly.
Brian was born on August 7, 1962, in Victoria, British Columbia. From an early age, he developed a thoughtful and patient nature that would come to define the way he lived his life and connected with others.
Brian spent his career working in IT and computer systems, a field he truly loved and took great pride in. He was known for his strong work ethic, dedication, and the genuine enjoyment he found in solving problems and helping others. Relied on by many and aways willing to lend a hand Brian built many long-lasting relationships with those he worked with. Whether at work or in everyday life, Brian was always the person people could turn to for support.
He will be remembered for his quick wit and wonderful sense of humor, which brought laughter to those around him even in difficult times. As a proud father of 3 girls, he nurtured in himself a deep patience, protectiveness, and unwavering love for his family. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help anyone in need were qualities that defined him, and he gave his time and energy freely to others without hesitation.
Above all, Brian was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Lalita Morse; his daughters, Brianna Arnaldi (Michael), Marissa James, and Andrea Morse; and his beloved grandchildren, Victoria and Deacon James. He is also survived by his siblings, Stuart Morse (Gigi), Pam Paterson (Ray), and David Morse (Debbie), along with many nieces and nephews whom he loved as his own children.
Brian’s presence in the lives of his family and friends was steady and deeply meaningful. He will be greatly missed, but the memories he created and the love he shared will continue to live on in all who knew him.
“All my life
You'll be in my life
