Born in Edmonton, Alberta on November 10th, 1983. Danny died suddenly on January 8th, 2006 in an accident while snowboarding on Cypress mountain. Since graduating from Yale High School in Abbotsford BC, Danny spent time traveling to Australia, working at Save-on-Foods, and finally entering an engineering program at BCIT. Danny will be remembered for living life to the fullest and being a genuine person who was rarely found without a smile on his face. Danny was known for living life uncontained, and ever since he was a child was someone who coloured outside of the lines. He never missed an opportunity to experience new challenges head on. As Danny would say, "go big or go home." Danny lived big and died big. He was the most genuine person you could ever meet, and even in his death, he stayed true to who he was. More than his ability to live large, Danny will be remembered most for his ability to love large. One could not find a truer friend who would accept you for who you were and could be counted on to pick you up with a quick joke or catchy smile just when you were feeling lowest. Danny will be sorely missed by his friends and family, but more than that, he will be fondly remembered as a person who could change your outlook on life with a simple look or word of encouragement. Danny, you truly went bigger than anyone else. We'll see you again someday!
Danny knew he was more than a believer. His openness and discussions about his relationship with God and his genuine happiness over the last days confirm his presence with His Lord Jesus to those who really knew him.
Danny got there ahead of his father, mother, younger brother, older brother & sister-in-law, grandparents and countless other friends and relatives. Danny, we are all mourning our loss but we're smiling at our memories of you.
