On July 31 Dick finished his earthly journey and entered into his home in glory. Dick was born October 14, 1923 to Peter and Anna (Rempel) Thiessen in Neu Kana, Ukraine.
He is predeceased by his parents and his brother George. He is survived by his loving wife, Marion of 68 years, his sons Allen (Herta), Eric (Vange), daughter Valerie (David) Ritter, three brothers, Eric, Ron, Peter and one sister Betty. He will be lovingly remembered and missed by his 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
