She is survived by her son Earl, daughter Ruby (Les) Stobbe, son Darcy (Lorna), 6 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 1 great great-grandson, as well as extended family and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Roy (1981), son Stuart (1957), great granddaughter Taylor (2013), 1 brother and 2 sisters.
Edith was born in Abbotsford, BC on November 5, 1924 to John and Clarissa Caldwell. She was a member of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada her entire life and enjoyed her time in ministry with her husband, Roy. After Roy’s death in 1981, Edith worked as a cook at Western Pentecostal Bible College until her retirement in 1992.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, November 16, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Abbotsford Pentecostal Assembly at 3145 Gladwin Road, Abbotsford, BC.
