Irma Joyce Schneider

She is predeceased by her husband Douglas Schneider as well as her second husband John Kuzmick, and daughter Colleen Moon.

Irma had five children Christina Zamniuk(Dale), Brian Schneider(Vera),Elton Schneider(linda) and Michael Kuzmick, as well as her daughter Colleen Moon who passed in 2005.

Irma will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Kristyn and Belle Zamniuk, Charlene Cook, Megan Moon, Ryan Schneider and Brie-Ann Olsen, as well as her great grandchildren Zoey, Madison & Jillian.

She was born in Moose Jaw Saskatchewan to Rita and Elton Freemantle, and was predeceased by her three siblings Albert,Marie and Francis.

She will be missed by so many as she was “Grandma” and “Mom” to everyone even if they weren’t blood related. She had a deep love for Jesus and earlier in her years she was baptised in the Jordan River in Jerusalem, one of her most treasured moments of her life. Mom loved to travel and was able to fulfill that love with her daughter on their many trips to Los Angeles on buying trips with her daughter Christina. She absolutely loved Hawaii,and was able to make one last trip for her 80th birthday. Mom (Grandma) we know you are reunited with our beautiful Colleen, the love of your life Doug and Papa again, dancing in heaven and seeing all the beautiful places you always wanted to see.

We will be having a small personal graveside service on June 22nd 2024 at the Vernon Cemetery on Pleasant Valley Road at 1 pm. Reception to follow at The Vernon Lodge 3914 32nd Street Vernon BC.
