She lived her life with a gentle grace — never demanding attention but always giving comfort. She was the person who remembered the little things, who listened with her whole heart, and who made people feel truly cared for simply by being herself. Her sweetness was always present; it was woven into every small act of kindness, every thoughtful gesture, every moment she chose love over anything else.
To her family, she was a source of steadiness and warmth. She created a sense of home through her presence — the way she welcomed, reassured, and loved without limits. Her children and grandchildren were her deepest joy, and she poured her heart into them in a way that will continue to shape their lives forever.
Her passing leaves a space that can never be filled, yet her spirit remains in the memories she created: the gentle conversations, the quiet support, the way she made ordinary days feel safe and special, and her laughter. Those who were blessed to know her will carry her kindness forward in the way they speak, care, and love.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Alicia Westman (Steve) and Janelle Smith (Shaun), and her 5 incredibly special granddaughters. Angelina, Shyanne, Ava, Everleigh, and Aspen, who will hold her close in every sunrise, every warm breeze, and every tender moment that reminds them of her. Her brother, Robert Christenson (Lois), and nephews, Jesse and Daniel Christenson. She was predeceased by her parents, John & Irene Christenson.
