John Dekker was a talented man who could construct anything out of concrete, wood and metal. He had a special gift for restoring rare vehicles. He was an amazingly accomplished kiwi and bird farmer. He adored his birds and cats. He was a humble and great friend to many with a unique sense of humor. He loved sunny days especially if he could get out on a golf course. Most of all John loved his wife and family.
A funeral service will be held on Monday January 17, 2022 at Henderson’s Fraser Valley Funeral Home. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions, in person service will be by invite only. However at 11:00 am the service will be livestream for everyone who would love to attend virtually. There is a link provided below.
