Her pet name from her mom was Godda. She loved her home town sharing beautiful memories of the beach; a place she went to gather food. Ramona has always done for her family whether it was canning, picking soap berries, clam digging, or fishing. These were all a labour of love for her. Ramona would later work in the fish cannery for a few years sharing beautiful stories of coworkers and her work experiences there. She gave birth to Floyd Young and Rodney Clifford Young at a young age. She raised her two sons with the help of her parents. She would later meet her future husband and after the second meeting they fell in love. Six weeks later they would marry and her legacy begins. She blessed him with a son Fred and then Carl a daughter Karen and there youngest son Brian Johnson. She then moved to Abbotsford, BC and this is where she stayed for the rest of her life.
