He was predeceased by his parents Arthur and Berthe Bernier, and infant sister Isabelle.
Beloved brother, father, grandfather and uncle, he is survived by his elder siblings Paule Wahlstrom, Bert (Yolande) Bernier, John Bernier and Noelline Walker; his daughter Heidi Beckerleg, son Brett (Barbara), grandchildren: John, Arthur, Canita, Joshua and Jocelyn Beckerleg, Sean, Aaron (Genevieve) and Chelsea (Kevin) Pedersen, Geoffrey (Brittney) and Jonathan (Georgia) Bernier, great-grandchildren: Emma Bernier, Korbin Pedersen and baby-to-be Bernier. Plus several nieces and nephews and friends.
A celebration of Ron's life will be held Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 11:30am at River Valley Church, 32729 7th Avenue, Mission, BC.
