My heart goes out to Teresa’s family and I’d like to express my deepest condolences. The world has lost a vibrant, sparkling woman... but has also been a better place because of her presence.
I have so many fond memories of growing up with Teresa. I remember how she could make me laugh just by making a funny face or saying a single word in a certain way! Her sense of humour and her laugh was amazing, and when she was around, a good time was had by all.  I think I was mostly affected by her sense of adventure - if there was nothing to do, she would come up with something fun to keep us entertained, and we got into so many hilarious situations.  We used to have long walks all over Delta - explored the ravines, the trails before the highway was built, the bog, the tracks along the river, to name a few.
She was the first of our group to get a drivers licence and a car, and I will never forget the good times we had cruising around in “the Pumpkin” ... whether we were going to school, White Rock beach, or any other destination, I learned in those moments that the journey itself was all part of the fun! I’m sure all of us will remember the “fire drills” LOL
And she could start up a dance party just about anywhere!
She was also just as willing to be a good listener, and was a true friend.
I was so happy to reconnect with her recently, and it was incredible to feel like no time had passed since we saw each other last.
I’ll never forget the beautiful grad party in the backyard on Collings Way, or all the times we had just playing records and dancing in the living room while making mixed tapes.
Teresa will never be forgotten, and may she Rest In Peace.

I am so sorry to hear of Teresa’s passing. We shared so many great times together growing up. So many memories and one of my favourites is dancing in her living room to Mama Let Him Play by Jerry Doucette over and over again. Even more special was reconnecting with Teresa a few years ago and meeting her down at the promenade at White Rock beach to go for early morning walks. It was like no time had passed between us. She was one of my favourite people and her smile would light up a room. My condolences to Teresa’s family. She will be missed. Thinking of you all, Lauren

My heartfelt condolences to all who loved Teresa and who were lucky enough to call her a friend. My best memories of Teresa were in her high school years driving the orange pumpkin to school and all around town. Boy, we could fit a lot of people it there!  My favourite song she played on the piano was the root beer rag, I was so jealous she was such a good player of the piano. Our pre grad get together at her house in delta with all our amazing photos that I will treasure forever and her yellow and green dress she made herself and finished it just in time and used a bit of tape for last minute touches. The dress held  together all night! What a beautiful woman with a sparkle in her eye and that smile. God bless you Teresa 💕
