Betty is at peace now and in the presence of those who have been anxiously awaiting her arrival. She is gone from Earth BUT not from our hearts. She was an example of how to raise a family to know that they were ALL loved and that they always had a “Safe Haven” at her home. She did her best to attend everything that her grandkids were involved in up until the time she became ill. She was always interested in what was going on in our lives, even to the point of knowing who all our friends were. She was a great source of advice when we needed it and was continuously our champion in times of need. She is not really gone, because all the traditions she has instilled in our lives will continue on through her children, grandchildren and their children. She taught us to put others first, work hard, not to speak unkindly of others and love your family with all your heart.
Sleep peacefully sweet lady, you have taught us well.
