She was married to Oran E. Elmore for 56 years.
Hattie was a leader and inspiration for all. She served as the President of the National Osteopathic Guild Association in 1971-1972, and was a member of the Aldersgate United Methodist Church as well as the Open Door Class.
She was a loving wife and mother and accomplished so much in her life. Hattie will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her husband Oran Elmore; two children, Nancy Loveless and John Elmore; and three grandchildren, Breawna Loveless, Griffin Elmore and Madison Elmore.
The family will have a private burial at Elmwood Memorial Park but will welcome friends and relatives at a visitation scheduled from 5:00p.m. to 7p.m. on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 5701 Hwy 277 South.
