Survivors include his wife Tiffany and two sons, James Nolan and Dakoda all of Abilene; his father, Allen Frazier of Abilene; his mother, Linda Frazier-Halfman and step-father, Pat Halfman of Ballinger; his brothers, Brian, Richard and Aaron Frazier; three nephews; and many other family members and friends.
James had been employed by Clearlight and Steele-Myers Landscape Inc. for the past 7 years. He was currently employed by Anderson Custom Iron Works and enrolled in Howard University in San Angelo. James was a hard worker and loved his sons endlessly. He will certainly be missed by his family and friends. Our prayer is that James is now at peace.
