Phillipe Chandler, 82, passed away on Monday May 30, 2016 at Hendrick Medical Center, Abilene, TX. He was born on July 9, 1933 to Raymond Enloe Chandler and Muriel Bordeaux. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Chandler of 41 years. Phillipe is survived by four children, Ray, Ron and Carol all from the Austin area, and Robert from Abilene; 11 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren; along with many friends, family and extended family.
