Robert Allen Smith

Robert Allen Smith, 53, passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2014 in Midland, TX. A memorial service will be held at 6:00p.m. on Friday, August 29, 2014 in the Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, 542 Hickory St., Abilene.

Robert was born on February 14, 1961 in Amarillo, TX. He graduated from Cooper High School in 1979.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Smith; and his brother, Danny Smith.

Survivors include his father and step-mother, Leo and Joyce Smith of Abilene; two brothers, Joel R. Smith and wife, Lisa of Abilene, David L. Smith of Arlington, TX; two nieces, Ashleigh Allegrucci and husband, Adam of Abilene, and Alyssa Riffle and husband, David of San Angelo; two nephews, Justin Smith of Abilene, and Chad Smith and wife, Vanessa of Converse, TX; great-nieces and nephews, Kylee, AJ, and Nicholas Allegrucci of Abilene.
