A Memorial Service will be held at Elliott Hamil Funeral Home, at 2 pm on February 26th, 2022.
Steven was born in 1960 in Richmond Heights, Missouri to Betty June Wann Lewis and Gilbert Lewis, Jr. In 1979, Steven married Cheryl and together raised an only child, Jon. A driver for Hi-Low Trucking in his later years, he was known for his dependability, hard work, and sense of humor. He was an avid mechanic and a loving father. Steven is preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl, and is survived by his son, Jon; brother David; sisters, Theresa and Debby; and his dog Midnight.
