Loving husband and happily married to Grace for 69 years.
Loved father of Don Perry and his wife Anne, Mary Lou and her husband Michael Johnston, and Linda Denny. Predeceased by his son-in-law Vern Denny (March 31, 2013).
Cherished grandfather of 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Charlie was a member of: I.O.O.F. Barrie Lodge #63, Kerr Masonic Lodge, the Scottish Rite, the Shriner’s and a member of the Eastern Star.
Friends will be received at the MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill Street East, Acton on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
Cremation has taken place.
A celebration of Charlie’s life will be held at Churchill Community Church, (Churchill Road North at the Halton/Erin Town Line) on Saturday June 22nd at one o’clock.
As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Charlie may be made to the I.O.O.F. Seniors’ Home, Barrie or to the Painswick United Church, Barrie.
