Elsie Elizabeth Dupuis

March 31, 1929 - July 29, 2022 at the age of 93.

Elsie passed away peacefully on July 29, 2022 surrounded by loving family, at the Bennett Centre in Georgetown Ontario.

Predeceased by husband Nelson Lloyd, son Lloyd (infant), daughter Brenda (infant), daughter Lucy Adams, grandson Russell Mayne, Parents - Alphonse and Jessie Clouthier (Pembroke, Ontario) and ten of twelve siblings.

Loving mother of Darlene Lafontaine-Graser (Carroll) (Ottawa, Ontario), Karl (Chilliwack, BC), Annette Mayne (Claude Chaumont) (Rockwood, Ontario), Randy Dupuis (Sue) (Port Moody, BC) and Nancy Dupuis (Scarborough, Ontario).

Loving sister to Hazel Dupuis (Pembroke, Ontario) and Nelda (Nellie) Clouthier (Petawawa, Ontario).

Elsie's legacy includes 16 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends across Canada and in Texas, United States.

Elsie was a loyal fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs and faithfully awaited the day they would bring the Stanley Cup back home!

She enjoyed quilting, knitting, puzzles, Bingo but most of all; spending time with her family.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday September 17, 2022 from 2pm-4pm, Eulogies will be read at 3pm at MacKinnon Family Funeral Home in Acton, Ontario.

Elsie's ashes will rest in Chilliwack, BC along side her loving husband Nelson.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Bennett Village in Georgetown, Ontario in honour of their unwavering care for Elsie during her stay and final days. (bennettvillage.ca)
