Peacefully at Extendicare Halton Hills on Monday, July 16th, 2007, in his 88th year.
George was predeceased by his wife Lillian (1994) He will be deeply missed by his children: Donna Cunnington of Dwight and Gordon of Acton,
his grandchildren: Chris, Kara, and Kent and his wife Karen, and Kyle and Scott, and his great-grandson Justin.
The family will receive friends at the MacKinnon Family Funeral Home “Shoemaker Chapel” 55 Mill Street East, Acton (877-421-9860 - toll free) on Wednesday, July 18th from 7 to 9 p.m.
The Funeral Service will be conducted by the Rev. Canon J. Mark Tiller in the
“Shoemaker Chapel” on Thursday, July 19th, 2007 at 11.30 a.m. Cremation will be followed by interment in the family plot at Fairview Cemetery.
