Passed away peacefully, with her family at her side on Tuesday March 8, 2016 at the Guelph General Hospital, at the age of 81. Muriel was the beloved wife of Arthur, loving mother of Donna (Amber), Sharon (Michel), Kim (Brian), Bonnie (Shawn) and Charlie, adoring grandmother of Alysha, Stephanie, Kelly, Crystal, Corey-Lyne, Ashley and Vanessa and great-grandmother of Jordynn, Mayson, and Ryder. Muriel will be remembered by her brothers Alfred (Cathy), Abby (Rose), Roger (Shelia) and Clinton and sisters Shirley (Robert), Ella (Bill), Jesse (Alex), June (Lionel), Carol (Edmond), Shelia, Irma and Shelly (Bob).
Resting at MacKinnon Family Funeral Home Ltd., 55 Mill St. East, Acton, 519-853-0350, where a memorial service will be held on Friday March 11, 2016 at 1 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
