He was the beloved husband of Annie Leitch and the loving father of Norman, Stephen and Valerie and her husband Tim Rock.
He was the much loved grandfather of Alex and Jessie Saunders and Sarah and Wyatt Rock.
Ron was predeceased by his brother Arthur and is survived by: his brother Lorne and his late wife Carol, his sister Evelyn and her husband Bert Rodgers, his sister Margaret and her late husband Roy Hall and his sister-in-law Beverley Rogers.
He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, “Shoemaker Chapel”, 55 Mill Street East, Acton on Tuesday, October 19th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Friends are invited to meet the family at Trinity United Church, 70 Mill Street East, Acton on Wednesday, October 20th at one o’clock where the funeral service will be conducted by the Rev. Hyuk Cho.
Interment at Coningsby Cemetery.
