Tammy passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Saturday, October 10th, 2009.
She was the much loved daughter of Sharon Graham and her partner Mike Hedley and
was predeceased by her father Richard (2000) and her son Jeffery (1999.)
Tammy was the loving sister of Kimberley and her husband Delroy Hewitt. She is survived and missed by her great-aunt Agnes Coyle and her uncles Gerard and Brian Waller and her neice Selena and her nephew Dwain.
The family will receive friends at the MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, “Shoemaker Chapel”, 55 Mill Street East, Acton on Monday, October 19th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Friends are invited to join the family for a Memorial Service on Tuesday, October 20th at eleven o’clock at The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 197, 15 Wright Avenue, Acton.
Remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
