

He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha and Harry Mainprize, his brother John “Jack” Mainprize and his sister Helen Egan. He was the dearly loved uncle of Susan, David and Janet Mainprize and Tom Egan
and brother-in-law of Anne Mainprize.
William lived a full and happy life in Acton for 94 years and will be remembered for his integrity, strong intellect, quick wit and quiet generosity.
He was a man of deep faith and an active and devoted member of Knox Presbyterian Church. His greatest joy in life was tending to his beloved cottage in Muskoka. Those who knew Bill will always remember his
exceptional woodworking skills and cheery disposition. Bill will be fondly remembered by many family and friends.
Friends will be received at the MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill St. E., Acton on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and are invited to join the family at Knox Presbyterian Church, 44 Main Street North in Acton on Monday, December 16th from ten o’clock until the funeral service, which will be conducted by the Rev. Ralph Neil at eleven o’clock. The interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
