Maggie:

So sorry to hear about the loss of "Frenchy."  Devon and I had been wondering about both of you when we drove by your house as it seemed to be unoccupied.  Just heard the "news" today.

The sweet love, of time it stood the test.
Now, sweetest Father you've gone to rest.
But I still feel you here
I was privileged to know you
I know anyone can attest.
I remember hearing breathing by oxygen supplied.
I sat many times thought of your health I cried.
And as a child, rebellious, I kept doing it my way.                                                           
On the dirt bike that damp summer day.
Then to find out, stitches were needed 
You told me, "What did I say"
You cussed under your breath for a moment or two
And I cried, because I was scared. I didn't know what to do.
You picked me up and said, "Deb it's okay.
Next time just listen to what I say.
I wiped my tears with the back of my hand.
And thought to myself, what a wonderful man."
It's such a symbol of who you were in so many people's lives.
Always loving them selflessly, you never really had to try.
I loved the way you could always perfectly shoot 20 out of 20
And the way you said, "Oops, shot them all and to me that was plenty"
I loved hearing your stories when at your house.
About the cars and the building them, I was ever so proud.
I remember you'd sleep on your chair, but never snore to loud...
I just want to thank you
For letting me be your only kid
That grew up to act as one
Just as you did.
It was such an honor to have a father like you.
Grandma Mary always loved you too.
I remember asking her questions about your lives
She would tell me the stories, so much love in her eyes.
She loved you to the stars.
That's a lot of love Dad.
You probably knew because it's the same love you had.
So, here I sit
In Colorado now.
I am sorrowful, but I also a have a peace in my soul somehow.
It's because I know that you are riding
With and for the Lord.
And you're young again smiling
Your body is restored.
So here's to you dear Dad.
A man of strength and honor.
I am proud to say
On this bittersweet day
I was Gary Leasure's Daughter.

I'll truly miss your stories, smile and laugh. Usually at Deadwood's expense. It is a true honor to have had you as a friend and a brother. Not just by the colors we wore on our backs, but by being brothers in Christ. Love you Maggie

MAGGIE AND THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS, I AM SADDENED BY THE LOSS OF FRINCHY BUT HE IS AT PEACE WITH HIS MAKER. HE WILL BEF OREVER MISSED AND NEVER FORGOTTEN. EVEN THOUGH HE WAS SICK HE LIVED HIS LIFE THE WAY THAT HE WANTED. LOVE YOU MY FRIEND UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN AT OUR FOREVER HOME IN HEAVEN.

We have fond memories of Gary and his mom Mary as we grew up on Alfaretta. Gary always had time for us as kids.

Gary was our great friend and extraordinary next-door neighbor for over twenty-five years.

He was always more than willing to help us with anything we ever needed. Yet he was a proud man, and, in good times and bad, never once asked anything of us without offering something in return.

He was a good man, always good-natured and ready with a laugh. We'll miss him so much.

Our deepest condolences to Maggie, his family, and friends who loved him.

Maggie, our prayers and love go out to you in this time of loss. Frinchy wore the colors and lived the colors of Jesus Christ his Lord and Savior

Gary its so strange because I was just thinking about you yesterday and wondering how you were doing ? because I had not seen you for a long time well I guess I know now- your with GOD and it would not surprise me if your on the lead Harley !. GOD BLESS YOU GARY- REST IN PEACE..
