Elsie Leona Collier

She was born in 1936 to Reverend Ralph and Georgia Ringle in Mt. Pleasant MI. She was married to James Collier in 1952 and he survives.

Elsie was employed by Albion Community Hospital as a Nursing Assistant, as well as working in Respiratory and OB. She loved gardening and canning her harvest, she was active in Relay for Life and the Shaw Ministry, she loved to crocheting, go swimming, and Praying meant a lot to her.

Besides her husband James of Albion, she is survived by daughters, Diana ( Rex) Wade, Brenda ( Don) Hoyt, Angela (Gerry) MacQueen all of Albion; brother Ralph J. (Jackie) Ringle of Coldwater; 8 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers and 4 sisters.

Visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday, October 23, 2012 from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the

J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Drive, Albion, MI 49224. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Pastor Loree Grinnell. Burial will be at Albion Memory Gardens, Albion, MI.
