Gretchen Noelle Warner Smith

She was born July 8, 1969 in Albion Michigan. Gretchen received her angel wings on December

4, 2012 at home, surrounded by her family who loved and cherished her. She fought a brave and

valiant 4 year battle against Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.

She is survived by her husband and high school sweetheart Brad, her sons Quinn and Mason who

were the loves of her life, her loving parents Karen and Skeeter and big sister Tracy.

Her life was all about her family and friends. She was a member of the Homer First Presbyterian

Church. A living celebration of her life took place 2 weeks ago in which the community of Homer

sponsored a benefit in her honor, surrounded by her supportive friends and a community that

embraced her as their own.

Special thanks to Great Lakes Hospice, Dr. Halsey, Karen & Carrie, the Community of Homer,

Pastor Tim Marvil and the Homer First Presbyterian Church.

Visitation for family and friends will be Friday, December 7, 2012 from 3:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 P.M.

at the J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Drive, Albion, Michigan 49224. Funeral Service

will be held Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at the Homer High School Gymnasium,

403 S. Hillsdale Street, Homer, Michigan 49245
