

April 28, 2014 at his residence. He was born September 30, 1956 to Leroy Amos and
Luvenia (Woods) Smith in Albion, Michigan
Leroy was a graduate of Albion Senior High School and he served his country in
the United States Army. Leroy worked for the City of Albion for 15 + years in the
Engineering Department, he then was the owner of “Lee’s Apparel” in Albion.
He enjoyed walking “while he was exceptionally dressed” while on these outings,
traveling, liked cars & sport cars, making jokes and talking to everyone. He loved his
family and God, he was a member of Grace Temple Church in Albion.

Kian Edmonds, Jermaine Edmonds, Micah Gant

He was preceded in death by his mother Luvenia Smith, granddaughter Gracie Teresa Edmonds, brothers Melvin Smith, Leanes Smith, Earl Amos, sisters Martha Parker,
Bonnie Jean Amos, Dianna Annette Amos and nephew Michael Lushawn Anerson.
Visitation for family and friends will be Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 11:00 AM at
Grace Temple Church of God in Christ, 711 Grace Street, Albion, Michigan 49224.
Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 8 at 12:00 Noon at the church with Pastor
Steve Williams officiating and Pastor Albert Amos doing the Eulogy.
Interment will be at Ft. Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, Michigan on
Friday, May 9, 2014 at 10:30AM
