Sidney Lou Hicks

Hospital in Marshall, Michigan. Sidney was born May 15, 1929 in Kentucky and in later years

she moved to Michigan. Sidney married Richard Forrest Hicks and was blessed with 4 children.

She worked many many years at Oaklawn Hospital as a Nurse’s Aide where she also made

Employee of the Year, she later retired from the hospital.

Sidney is survived by:

Son- Tony Hicks of Marshall

Daughters – Barbara Hicks of Marshall

Linda (Mike) Burgess of Oklahoma

Grandchildren- Greg (Kat) Hicks of Oklahoma

Justin Russell of Oklahoma

Kari Damron of Oklahoma

Rodney (Corki) Damron of Oklahoma

Great Grandchildren- Jake & Abby Marsh

Dougan Damron

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard and son Richard F. Hicks Jr.

According to her wishes Cremation has taken place and there will be a Graveside Service

held at a later date at Oakridge Cemetery in Marshall, Michigan.
