

Mary Irma Lupton Yingling—beloved mother, grandmother, friend, and poet—born on October 7, 1934, in Rockford, Illinois, went home to be with her beloved Savior, the Lord Jesus, on February 12, 2025, at 90 years of age.
She married the love of her life on August 7, 1953, with whom she served the Lord Jesus faithfully for 67 years.
She is survived by children, Bob (Cyndi) Yingling, Patti (Henry) King, Karen (Michael) Letts, John (Nikki) Yingling, Jimmy (Teresa) Yingling; 18 Grandchildren; 17 Great Grandchildren, two Great Great Grandchildren; nieces, and many others who claimed her as their mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her father (Perley Lupton), her mother (Irma Weber Lupton), her husband (Eugene Yingling), her sister (Dorothy Kent), and her daughter-in-law (Robin Yingling).
Mary was a longtime member at Temple Baptist Church in Powell, Tennessee. She is a current member of Faith Baptist Church in Jefferson City, Tennessee, where her funeral service will be held—Pastor Mark Campbell officiating.
Her family will receive friends on February 17, from 4-6 P.M. at Faith Baptist Church (118 Colossians Court, Jefferson City, Tennessee) with a Celebration of Life service to follow. The graveside service will be announced.
