Phyllis Judith McWilliams

Phyllis retired from the University of Tennessee Law Library. Her favorite thing in the world was being a grandmother to her grandsons, Patrick and Declan. She was an amazing cook and also loved baking. Phyllis was passionate about animals, especially her rescue dog, Felix. Most importantly she was an amazing caregiver and wife to her husband Brian.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents Aloysius and Cecilia Ulanowicz.

She is survived by her husband Brian McWilliams; son Michael (Sonya) McWilliams; grandchildren Patrick and Declan; sister Marlene (Joe) Argenas, of Pittsburgh, PA; brother David Ulanowicz of Pittsburgh, PA, and a host of family and friends.

The family welcomes friends to drop in to Phyllis and Brian's home, 7629 St Baron Way, Powell, Tn 37849, for a Celebration of Life on Saturday, February 1, 2025, from 2pm-4pm.

The family welcomes friends for a Graveside Service on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 10am, at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 2200 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920.
