Chartier, Raymond L., age 83, of Alcoa, passed away Monday, January 9, 2012 at Fairpark Healthcare Center. Mr. Chartier was retired from the U.S. Air Force. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Mr. Chartier is survived by his daughter, Linda Kay Chartier and his grandson. Family and friends will meet at Sherwood Memorial Gardens at 11am on Thursday, January 12, 2012 for a graveside service.
