Travis Lee Rule, age 45, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2023. Travis loved anything outdoors especially fishing and camping. He enjoyed country music and spending time with his family. He worked as a landscaper in the Knoxville area. Travis was preceded in death by his fathers, Terry Rule and Bryant Jarnigan. Travis is survived by his mother, Denise Jarnigan and sister, Buffy Rule as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
